When used for large systems with A4UCPU, 4,096 I/O points and program memory capacity of 120k steps are supported.
Systems of an even higher processing capacity can be built using A3A, A3U or A4UCPU instead.
Systems can easily be expanded to a larger scale by utilizing the network, since A2U, A3U, A4UCPU are compatible with the MELSECECNET/10.
Production was terminated in September 2006.
